Alicia Gilmour is a dedicated real estate professional based in Victoria, BC, and co-founder of The Gilmour Group, a team operating under The Agency brokerage. With a passion for helping clients navigate the local market, Alicia is known for her personalized approach, in-depth knowledge, and commitment to achieving exceptional results. She has a keen eye for detail and specializes in residential properties, making her a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike. Prior to real estate, Alicia had a vibrant career as a senior living sales professional. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
When she’s not working with clients, Alicia enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog, hiking, fitness and practicing yoga.

Pete Gilmour
Meet Pete, The Gilmour Group’s four-legged team member and unlicensed assistant. As a Cairn Terrier, Pete takes his job of boosting team morale very seriously. Whether it’s joining Alicia and on her property visits or greeting clients with his wagging tail, Pete brings a little extra joy to the real estate process. When he’s not “working”, you’ll find him on walks exploring Victoria or curled up watching a David Attenborough documentary after a long day of adventure.
