Alicia Gilmour
Alicia Gilmour is a dedicated real estate professional based in Victoria, BC, and co-founder of The Gilmour Group, a team operating under The Agency brokerage. With a passion for helping clients navigate the local market, Alicia is known for her personalized approach, in-depth knowledge, and commitment to achieving exceptional results. She has a keen eye for detail and specializes in residential properties, making her a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike. Prior to real estate, Alicia had a vibrant career as a senior living sales professional. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
When she’s not working with clients, Alicia enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog, hiking, fitness and practicing yoga.

Kelsey Graves
Originally from Regina, Saskatchewan, Kelsey brings a diverse background that has shaped her into a hardworking, empathetic, and detail-oriented Realtor.
Her professional experience includes working as a social media manager and marketer for small businesses, where she developed valuable skills in market research, audience insights, content strategy, and brand positioning. She also studied and worked as an educational assistant, a role that deepened her love for teaching kids while building patience, empathy, and adaptability. Later, working in high-end hospitality strengthened her ability to deliver exceptional client experiences with attention to detail and composure under pressure. Running her own business further gave her firsthand insight into entrepreneurship, discipline, and building strong client relationships.
Kelsey is motivated by the opportunity to help people find the right place to call home-a space where lasting memories are created. With strengths in time management, communication, and self-motivation, she thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her clients.
Outside of real estate, Kelsey enjoys staying active through gym workouts, long walks, hot yoga, and even cold plunges in the ocean. She treasures quality time with family and loves cozy nights in with friends, sharing a bottle of wine and rewatching early 2000s rom-coms. Always finding ways to “romanticize the everyday,” Kelsey brings that same sense of enthusiasm and energy into her work. She also looks forward to becoming more involved in charitable organizations within Victoria, continuing her passion for building connections and giving back to the community.

He joined The Agency Victoria in early 2025, building on over three years of experience in the real estate industry; first as a Marketing Director for a prominent brokerage, and now as a full-service Realtor®.
With a unique background in digital marketing, luxury branding, and visual storytelling, Omi expertly positions each listing for maximum exposure. He has helped dozens of real estate professionals and homeowners elevate their brands through content creation, web design, and social media. This strategic foundation translates seamlessly into real estate marketing, particularly in listing presentations, property promotion, and attracting qualified buyers through modern digital channels.
